Nina Tran is a calligrapher based in Los Angeles, California. What started out as a DIY project with a friend quickly flourished into something more. In 2015, Nina Tran was introduced to Copperplate calligraphy. From that point, there was no turning back. Because of her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and share her knowledge, Nina has found herself invited to teach in Los Angeles, Berkeley, Winters, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Manila. She’s looking forward to returning to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia to teach. As a single mom of three, she finds balance by reserving the early mornings for her study and practice and working on her teaching while the kids are at school.
