Sharisse DeLeon is a calligrapher and instructor whose mission is to help others confidently create beautiful writing they can be proud of. While she has always been drawn to hand lettering, she began her calligraphy journey in the fall of 2014. Once Sharisse realized calligraphy could be done with a brush marker, similar to the traditional pointed pen, she was excited to push her creativity and explore this new tool. When not working at her day job or chasing three little ones at home, you can find her teaching in-person workshops and online classes, as well as sharing calligraphy-related material, demos, and tutorials on Instagram and YouTube. Meeting new calligraphy friends are one of her most favorite things, aside from her husband, boba and coffee, and playing volleyball.
