Kestrel is a full-time professional calligrapher, author, hand engraver, business coach and calligraphy teacher. Most of her products were born from her own experience as a working calligrapher dreaming up problem-solving products that made her lettering life easier. Kestrel and her husband Francisco work out of a 525-square-foot studio in the wine country north of San Francisco. Aside from making pens, they run EngraveMeThis (@engravemethis), a laser engraving company manufacturing custom ink stamps, specialty calligraphy supplies, and wax seal stamps.
